FAQ (Collapsible content)
Answer your customers' most common questions in expandable rows, grouped into categories with an optional sidebar menu.
The Collapsible content section is an FAQ. Questions are shown as rows that open when clicked, and you can group them into categories. On desktop, an optional sidebar lists the categories so shoppers can jump straight to the topic they need.

1. Our guide to set up a Collapsible content section:
The section is added with two Category blocks, each followed by two Question blocks. Edit them, remove them or click Add block to add more.
2. Section settings
Section header
Subheading: Small text shown above the heading.
Heading: The main title. Leave it blank to hide it.
Heading size: 15–80px.
Heading alignment: Left / Center.
General
Layout:
No container: Questions are separated by lines.
Row container: Each question sits in its own box, colored by Color scheme.
Color scheme: The color of the question boxes when Layout is Row container.
Section width: Full width / Fixed. Fixed uses a narrower column that's easier to read.
Show sidebar categories: On desktop, lists your Category blocks in a sidebar next to the questions. Shoppers click a category to jump to it. The sidebar is hidden on mobile.
Corner radius
Corner style: Square / Slightly rounded.
3. Block settings
Blocks appear in the order they're listed in the sidebar. Put a Category block first, then the Question blocks that belong to it.
Category block
Heading: The category name, such as "Shipping" or "Returns". It also appears in the sidebar menu.
Icon: An optional icon next to the heading. Choose from 30 icons, or None.
Description: Optional text shown under the category heading.
Top padding: Space above the category, 10–300px. Use it to separate one group of questions from the next.
Question block
Question: The question text shown on the row.
Icon: An optional icon next to the question.
Answer: The text shown when the row is opened.
4. Tips
Keep each answer short and link to a full policy page for details, such as your shipping or refund policy.
Four to six categories work best with the sidebar menu. If you only have a few questions, turn off Show sidebar categories and skip the Category blocks.
The section isn't only for FAQs. You can use it for product care instructions, size information or an "About us" story split into topics.
