# Contact form

### 1. Our guide to set up a Contact form section:

**Steps:**

* In the theme editor, click **Add section.**
* Locate **Contact form.**
* Click **Save.**

### **2. Contact form section settings:**

* Click on the **Contact form** section to open the section settings.

* ​**Heading:** Set the heading of the form, in this case, it's 'Drop your details below and we'll get back to you within a day'.

* The **input titles** will be shown for the contact form: show text fields for store visitors to enter their name, email, subject, and message.
